El Pollo Loco can trace its roots all the way back to Sinaloa, Mexico. So when it came time to celebrate Día de los Muertos, we charged ourselves to make the celebration as authentic as possible.

A store-spanning mural, a specialty meal box, a ton of educational social and so many marigolds helped bring our DDLM event to life.
